One of  the kind orchid true "basket" type pot. There are lots of openings for air circulation.  Could be used hanging or on the flat surface. 
Buff clay, high fired, handbuild, some accent glaze on the outside. Sturdy and solid. 
About 9 inches wide and 4 inches deep.
